Have a question?

How can I purchase?

I don't have a shopping cart at this time but if you see something you like just email me with the name of the item. You can purchase from the boutique page or order something special. It's that simple! I check my messages several times a day unless I'm away from my computer in which case I'll let you know on the home page when I'll be back.

How do I pay?

You can use a credit card through Paypal, which I prefer, but I'll also take a money order or cashiers check. Sorry, I don't take personal checks. If you're not familiar with Paypal I can send you an invoice to simplify payment.

Shipping?

I ship insured USPS within the US and costs are usually $2.50-$3.50 unless you request a gift box which will be a little more. I will ship worldwide just email for shipping total.

Returns?

I want my customers to be happy and if for any reason you are not just let me know. I stand behind my products 100%.

Custom Orders?

Yes, I do custom orders but I will only make a certain amount of one style bead. If you see a particular bead on my site and you want me to make 2 or 3 that's no problem. 30 or 40 would be a bit much. I'm not a factory and I don't mass produce.

Please do not ask me to copy someone else's work. I will only copy my own bead designs.

How long will it take to get my order?

Usually within a few days. Unless I have orders backed up and in that case I'll let you know.
